Teaching Assistant

According to the National Chengchi University Teaching Assistant Funding Guidelines,

1. 1. First-time TAs must complete the beginning-of-semester TA training course. If absent for any reason, they must make up the course within one month of starting via the designated platform.

• TAs must submit a personal reflection report at midterm and collaborate with the course instructor to prepare the end-of-semester course outcome report.
• Each semester, TAs must participate in at least two teaching workshops or teaching achievement sharing sessions organized or approved by the Center for Teaching and Learning Development or the Center for General Education, either on or off campus.
• TAs must cooperate with the center in classroom observation arrangements as required.
